1. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after your order is processed.
For faster delivery, you can choose express shipping for a flat fee of $25. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

2. How much is shipping?

  • Orders under $89: $15 standard shipping

  • Orders of $89 or more: free standard shipping

  • Express shipping: $25

Shipping fees are displayed at checkout so you can see the total before completing your purchase.

3. Can I return a wig if it doesn’t suit me?

Yes, you may return wigs within 30 days of delivery as long as:

  • The wig is unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Lace has not been cut or customized

  • The wig is returned in its original condition and packaging

4. Will the wig look exactly like the photos?

We aim for accurate product representation, but slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or minor variations in manufacturing.

5. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use this information to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal as well as major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways.
